I created this to share with you what I've learned during my journey. I am not a doctor, a professional trainer or a nutritionist. I'm a normal mom in her late 30's, 38 almost at 39 to be exact. I lost over 40 pounds. We usually struggle with those last 50-15 pounds, depending on where you are in your journey. I used to keep pants ranging from size 12-8! In this eBook you'll learn how I was able to break through and in a year was able to break from size 8 to a size 4, and some of my size 4 pants are actually getting loose! Now that's a year with my trial and errors. If you stick to what I did, you can go 4 size smaller in less than a year. But most importantly you are doing it in a healthy manner!

I've also had a lifetime challenge with my weight. There's so much info out in the world it can be overwhelming. This guide is clear cut and simple. Not easy but simple to apply and stick to. I love that there's no fads and quick fixes. These are real, life long rules to live by. Great guide.
